I read everything I get my hands on about yoga. Oftentimes I end up reading a book two, three, four, or fifteen times.
I call this series: Claudia's Book Club because those books that get their pages marked all over them and filled with post-it marks, are books we need to focus on.
They are telling us, the modern yogi, what we need to learn, understand and study. They also inspire us.
I am borrowing this idea from Oprah. I find some parallels in the way in which we both like to read and learn from each chapter of those delicious books that come along once in a while.
The first book in the Series, and the one currently at the book club is Pranayama: The Breath of Yoga, by Gregor Maehle.
